“According to the Centers for Disease Control, there are Lyme disease cases reported every month; however, June, July, and August show the highest annual increases. Even in high-risk areas a proper diagnosis remains a challenge, not only for patients but also for doctors. This delay in early diagnosis can truly make a difference in patient treatment options, especially when patients have been suffering with Lyme disease that had been previously misdiagnosed.

DNA ConneXions® is a Biosafety Level 2 laboratory with a CLIA license encompassing the following specialties: bacteriology, mycology, and virology. The DNA ConneXions® Lyme Test Panel tests for four different genes that are found in Borrelia burgdorferi, the most common cause of Lyme disease in the United States, and ten common Lyme disease vector-borne co-infectors and other organisms, including Borrelia recurrentis, Borrelia miyamotoi, Babesia microti, Babesia divergens, Babesia duncani, Bartonella bacilliformis, Ehrlichia chaffensis, Bartonella henselae, Bartonella quintana, and Anaplasma phagocytophilum.”

Although there is no way to know how many people have Lyme disease, the Centers for Disease Control estimates about 500,000 cases are diagnosed and treated each year, which is why our goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health.

DNA ConneXions® Lyme Test Panel is available to both individuals and practitioners. After a sample is returned to our lab for analysis, we will produce a report that we recommend be reviewed with a qualified medical practitioner to determine the best course of care based on an individual’s needs. While we do not provide a diagnosis or treatment recommendations, we are always available to answer any questions that one may have regarding the test panel.

DNA ConneXions is our sister company and an integral part of the Huggins-Grube offerings, including the Huggins-Grube Protocol. Please visit Centers for Healing to learn more about all of the service we provide!
